Questions
Can Cocoshell read my messages?
No. Messages, photos and calls are encrypted on your device, and only the people in the chat hold the keys. Our servers store data they can’t open.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. You pick a plan, we build everything, and your welcome email has your sign-in and the app to install.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Sign in on your new phone and enter your recovery key to unlock your history. Your family or team owner can sign out the lost phone right away.
Can my kids use it?
Yes. Family plans let a parent add children and reset their passwords, and a second parent can be a co-owner.
